Inadequate schematics
The diagram for assembly of the carriage track, saw, rollers and edger are quite inadequate. It is impossible to tell from the drawings how the components are to be assembled. A side view is essential.
Several pieces are missing…
1/16 dowel for boiler chimney, 3/64 wood strips, .020 wire for rollers, .010 wires for axels, 1/4 dowel for cable drum, .010 music wire for the saw blade setup, cast disc for the saw blade, and the casting for the edger.
Items deliberately excluded…
Items that any reasonable person would expect to be included in a kit are excluded. Why don’t you include pulleys, belts, and the boiler wheel casting. And you did include the casting for the boiler door although it is marked “excluded? Why would you not include all the components needed so your customers could actually complete the model they purchased.
HO measurements for N scale model…..
Finally, if you are going to put out an N scale kit, why would you make all measurements HO. It would take you ten minutes to convert them and provide an n scale layout. And 4 pint font is unnecessary and way too small for anyone without a magnifying glass.
