These were released in January of 2019 and are difficult to find in stock ...... for good reason I think as I think they are a BIG improvement in many respects to other Digitrax starter sets.

I had guests over recently and due to the user friendly screen and big, lit buttons. It was only a couple of minutes before they were experts at running trains. Previous throttles had a long learning curve.

If you are on the fence, I would recommend trying one of the DSC52's as even if you don't like it you could use it as a booster with a more traditional Digitrax throttle.

Your are limited to 3.0 amps, or ten locos, but if in the future you need to expand, boosters or other command stations can be used.

Two thumbs up for the Zephyr Express, and thanks Mike for your GREAT videos on DCC that got me back up to speed with DCC
